Harrison agrees Batley stay for 2010
Karl Harrison has agreed a new deal to remain as head coach of Batley Bulldogs for 2010.
The former Salford boss took over earlier this season following the departure of Gary Thornton.
Harrison transformed a struggling Batley side and led them to survival with a 30-26 win over Featherstone on the last day of the season.
The former Great Britain international had refused to speculate on his future before the end of the season, but will remain at Mount Pleasant for at least another season.
He reportedly rejected an approach from Barrow in the summer, who instead appointed Steve Deakin as caretaker coach.
