Have your say: Where should Magic Weekend be held in 2020?
We want to where you think Magic Weekend should be staged next year.
Super League’s showpiece event was held at Anfield this season – the iconic home of Liverpool FC.
Magic Weekend at Anfield attracted a crowd of 56,869 over the two days.
The attendance was down 7,450 on last year, when the event was staged at Newcastle United’s St James’ Park.
The crowd was the lowest since the 2010 Magic in Edinburgh and was the second lowest ever for a Magic Weekend.
The largest ever crowd for a Magic Weekend came in 2016 at Newcastle (68,276) – the second out out of the four years it was held there.
It has previously been held at Cardiff’s Millennium Stadium, Edinburgh’s Murrayfield, Manchester City’s Etihad Stadium, Newcastle United’s St James’ Park and Liverpool’s Anfield.
In a social post we shared on social media, plenty of people said they would like to see it return to the Etihad.

Others suggested taking it to places such as Canada, Ireland, Scotland, France or Spain as well.
And there were some suggestions for taking it to London at homes of Arsenal or Tottenham Hotspur.
