Injury-hit Leeds boosted by returnees
Injury-hit Leeds have been boosted by the news that four players could return from injury for Friday’s clash with Huddersfield.
Danny Buderus (knee), Ali Lauitiiti (calf) and Kylie Leuluai (ankle) have all been named in Brian McClennan’s 19-man squad, while Luke Burgess is also included after making his comeback for the Rhinos’ Under 20 side against Hull KR last weekend.
Scrum-half Rob Burrow and Lee Smith have shaken off injuries sustained in the defeat to Rovers last Friday and are likely to line-up against the Giants, who are looking for their first ever Super League win at Headingley.
However, Leeds are still without Brent Webb (ankle), Matt Diskin (groin), Greg Eastwood (knee) and Kallum Watkins (knee).
