Joe Bullock becomes Warrington’s fifth signing for 2022
New era for Warrington
Bullock becomes Warrington’s fifth new signing for 2022. The Wolves have already announced the signings of Peter Mata’utia, Oliver Holmes, James Harrison and Greg Minikin.
“It’s a great opportunity for me to come here and I think it’s a good progression in my career. I’m looking forward to what we can do in the years ahead.
“I’ve had some good chats with Daryl Powell – I know what I can bring to the team and I’m looking forward to putting some good performances in now.
“The atmosphere is always good at The Halliwell Jones Stadium and the fans are always very loud. I can’t wait to run out for the first time.”
Warrington will also have a new coach next season in the shape of former Castleford boss Daryl Powell. He has signed a three-year deal with the Wolves.
Speaking in April when the announcement was made, Powell said: “Warrington is an outstanding club with a rich history and the opportunity to coach the club from 2022 onwards is a very special one. I’m looking forward to the challenge.
“Wherever I’ve been as a coach, I’ve fully embedded myself into the club and the town. I think it is really important as a coach that you do that and I’m looking forward to meeting all the Warrington fans next season.”
