Keighley move for London playmaker
Keighley have moved to sign London Skolars half-back Jy-Mel Coleman less than a fortnight after masterminding their downfall.
Coleman, 22, was one of the stand-out players as London picked up a surprise 18-16 victory over the Cougars at New River Stadium, and he moves to Yorkshire until the rest of the season.
Head Coach Jason Demetriou said: “He’s an exciting young player who’s got excellent core skills and a very good kicking game .In my opinion he’s the half back we’ve been looking for and will strengthen our squad immensely.
“I’m really looking forward to working with him, he’s young, keen and ready to go and by the end of the season I’m sure all Cougar Fans will be excited about what he can offer to the team.”
