Leigh’s Dixon out for up to a month
Leigh Centurions star Andrew Dixon has been ruled out for up to a month with a shoulder injury.
The 25 year-old signed with the Centurions at the start of the 2015 season, having previously played for St Helens and thre Salford Red Devils.
Centurions head coach Neil Jukes confirmed that Dixon was ruled out with a shoulder injury earlier this week, and is the second injury blow for the Championship side in a matter of days with Tom Armstrong out for six weeks with a broken wrist.
Dixon and Armstrong join the likes of Gregg McNally and Willie Tonga on the injury table and Jukes will be hoping to have his stars back sooner rather than later as they attempt to get into Super League next season.
