No fresh concerns over Dureau
Catalan scrum-half Scott Dureau has received positive news after he was taken to hospital during the Dragons draw at Widnes last week.
Dureau, 26, was helped off the field after going down while preparing to take a conversion, in just his second appearance for the club following surgery on a brain tumour in the off-season.
A Catalan club statement said: “The exams underwent by Scott Dureau at the neurological surgery department of the Toulouse Rangueil Hospital have found nothing wrong and are reassuring.
“Scott will have a last exam next Thursday to determine if he can receive the green light to come back to the competition.”
Catalan are not in action this weekend due to the England v Exiles international, and their next game is against Hull KR on Saturday week.
