Catalans hooker Eloi Pelissier has signed a two-year deal with Leigh.
Pelissier is one of a number of Dragons to have departed the French club.
The 25-year old has linked with newly promoted Leigh.
Pelissier, a French international, debuted for Catalans in 2011.
