Rangi Chase joins West Wales Raiders
West Wales Raiders have signed half-back Rangi Chase ahead of the 2021 season.
The 34-year-old has made more than 230 career appearances for Wests Tigers, St George Illawarra Dragons, Castleford, Salford, Leigh, Widnes and Doncaster.
Chase won the Steve Prescott Man of Steel award in 2011 and was named in the Super League Dream Team in the same year. He earned eight caps for England between 2011-13.
Chase said: “I have an opportunity to come down and play for West Wales. I can’t wait to see you all at Stebonheath Park.
“I am really looking forward to it and I will be down there probably in a couple of weeks to train hard and do the best I can and hopefully help take this club up the ladder and give the competition a shake up.”
