Reynolds plays down backside grab
Canterbury half Josh Reynolds has played down his touch of the bottom of Canberra’s Aidan Sezer on Monday night, describing it as a bit of a joke.
Reynolds touched Sezer, his former Bulldogs teammate, on the backside as he fed a scrum.
“Just want to clear up the incident with Aiden Sezer last night. We’re good mates and it was just a bit of a joke. I hope no harm done,” the stand-off tweeted.
Sezer said on Instagram: “Me and Joshy go back a long way and we were just having a laugh at the scrumbase… we are good mates and there was nothing in it. Everyone just sit back and relax.”
