RL on TV: Every rugby league match you can watch LIVE this week
Across Super League and the NRL, there is plenty of rugby league to watch on TV this week.
In the Championship, Halifax beat Barrow live on Premier Sports last night. The main talking point from the game however was an incident in the 51st minute which saw cards handed out to three players. Greg Worthington and Titus Gwaze were both shown straight red cards for the Panthers. Barrow’s Hakim Miloudi was also sin-binned.
Friday sees the return of NRL action after last week’s representative round. Leaders Penrith Panthers host Sydney Roosters with a 11:00 am (UK) kick-off, shown live on Sky Sports.
There’s also televised Super League action that same evening as Castleford host Huddersfield. Also shown on Sky Sports, that game gets underway at 8:00pm.
Saturday then brings a triple-header of action with the first again from down under. With an 08:30am (UK) kick-off, North Queensland Cowboys welcome Brisbane Broncos in front of the Sky Sports cameras.
At 1:00pm, Cornwall host Hunslet in League 1 action. Live on Our League, the hosts go in search of their second win after success against West Wales last weekend.
Eyes then turn back to Super League come 5:00pm when last season’s Grand Finalists do battle oncemore. St Helens travel to the south of France and face Catalans with six competition points separating the pair so far this term.
Saints trip over the English Channel will also be shown on Sky Sports, as will the final televised game of the week on Sunday morning. In an NRL basement battle with a 5:00am (UK) kick-off, New Zealand Warriors host Wests Tigers.
