There has been an update on Greg Eden’s future after he was linked with an exit from Castleford. (Yorkshire Live)
The 30-year-old winger is actually set to stay at the Tigers, according to Yorkshire Live. Eden has made almost 200 career appearances for Huddersfield, Hull KR, Salford, Brisbane Broncos and Castleford.

It seems as though Paul Rowley remains the frontrunner for the head coaching vacancy at Salford. The former Leigh and Toronto Wolfpack boss has been on the backroom staff at the Red Devils for a couple of years now.
There is speculation that Rowley will be the club’s head coach in 2022, with Danny Orr and Kurt Haggerty as his assistants.
Leigh splash the cash
Relegated Super League club Leigh are very busy in the recruitment department right now. This week, the Centurions have confirmed the signings of promising Jayden Hatton (Widnes) and Tom Nisbet (St Helens) for their return to the Championship.
Former Hull KR half-back Adam Quinlan is attracting interest from Leigh, according to the Hull Daily Mail. The 28-year-old left Hull KR upon the expiry of his contract at the end of the campaign.
In addition, Manchester Evening News are reporting that they are set to sign Tonga international Ata Hingano. The 24-year-old half-back is currently a free agent after his contract expired with Salford.

Jesse Sene-Lefao interest
The rumour doing the rounds on social media at the moment is that Featherstone are interested in signing ex-Castleford back-rower Jesse Sene-Lefao.
Sene-Lefao is currently a free agent after leaving the Tigers at the end of the season. The former Samoa international was a fan favourite at Castleford, making more than 100 appearances for the club.
Championship club to make overseas signing

The 25-year-old forward is keen on a move to the UK, according to Yorkshire Live. He made six appearances for Penrith’s New South Wales Cup team in 2021.
