Ryan Bailey successfully appeals ban

Leeds Rhino’s prop forward Ryan Bailey has won his appeal against his one-match ban, meaning he is eligible to face Huddersfield Giants in Friday’s play-off game.

Bailey was originally given a one-match ban and a £300 fine by the RFL’s disciplinary committee for raising his knees in the tackle on Danny Tickle in the victory over Hull FC on Sunday.

However, Bailey has today successfully won his appeal meaning the ban is overturned so he is able to line up for the Rhinos against Huddersfield.
