Ryan Brierley commits long-term future to Salford
Full-back Ryan Brierley has signed a new three-year deal with Super League side Salford Red Devils.
The Scotland international completed his dream move to the AJ Bell Stadium ahead of the 2022 campaign from Leigh.
Brierley, 30, scored 10 tries in 23 Super League appearances during the regular 2022 season, scoring a further two tries in the play-offs. He contributed to an impressive 31 tries altogether all year.
His new deal extends his stay with the club until at least 2025.

He said: “I’m over the moon to sign a new deal with the club. Salford people are my people and the responsibility that comes with this shirt is a privilege.
“I’m hungry to get going next season, under Rowls and alongside these remarkable group of lads, I know we can challenge for trophies.”
Head coach Rowley added: “It’s fantastic news for the club that Ryan is going to continue his Super League journey with Salford.
“Ryan was a top performer last season and is very much a leader amongst the group. On a personal level, I have total trust in him and to be able to have Ryan in my playing group and continue our rugby journey together is both rewarding and enjoyable enjoyable in equal measures.”
