Salford raise £29,000 for attack victims
Salford have confirmed that £29,000 was raised for the support fund for the victims of the Manchester attacks at last Friday’s game against Catalan.
The game was free to enter, with spectators given the opportunity to make a voluntary donation inside the stadium.

CEO Ian Blease said he was delighted with the response to the fund raising appeal.
“I’d like to thank everyone who donated on Friday,” he told the club’s official website.
“It was a fantastic atmosphere on the night and the rugby league community has shown a huge display of strength and support for the victims of the terrible attacks.”
