Sam Hall signs full-time with Castleford
Sam Hall has signed a full-time contract with Castleford until the end of the 2021 season.
The 17-year-old made his Super League debut in the win over Wigan Warriors earlier this season, and becomes the latest product of Castleford’s youth system to become a full-time player. He joins the likes of Jacques O’Neill, Calum Turner and Lewis Peachey.
“It’s such a great opportunity,” he said.
“Obviously I played that Wigan game and the news came about quick and it’s something I’ve wanted to do since I was a kid, I’m so happy it’s happened really.
“Both my brothers have played rugby league, my grandad played and it’s just something that I’ve wanted to do since the age of three, when you know you want to do it you have to do it. When the opportunity came up I couldn’t turn it down.”
