Sam Tomkins, John Bateman and Ben Flower back for Wigan; Salford missing Niall Evalds

Wigan will welcome back Sam Tomkins, John Bateman and Ben Flower on Friday, while Salford will be without Niall Evalds.

Shaun Wane has made three changes to his Warriors side that Widnes Vikings last week. Sam Tomkins, Bateman and Flower come in to replace the injured Joe Burgess, Josh Ganson and Callum Field. Wigan are still awaiting news on the extent of Burgess’ ankle injury.

Salford Red Devils coach Ian Watson has made four changes to his team that were thrashed by St Helens last time out. Derrell Olpherts, Weller Hauraki, Levy Nzoungou and Gavin Bennion replace the concussed Niall Evalds, Mark Flanagan, Lee Mossop and George Griffin.

The Super League clash takes place at the DW Stadium on Friday, 8pm kick-off.
