Sarginson wants to end London’s poor run
Dan Sarginson is keen to lead by example and end the London Broncos poor start to the Super League season.
Having missed his sides opening three games due to a hamstring injury picked up in pre-season he is now fit and made his return in their 48-18 defeat against the Wigan Warriors.
He said: “it was good to get out there and play again. I felt my hamstring a bit towards the end, but it didn’t seem to stop me playing my natural game.
“I trained hard in pre-season but picked up the injury in training just before the season started. It was a frustrating time for it to happen, especially as it was my first full pre-season having had an operation last summer.”
Due to Salford’s win over Hull KR in the last round it saw the Broncos drop to the bottom of the table but the sides face off this round on Friday.
