Siejka delighted with Bulls’ home win
Bradford half-back Harry Siejka was pleased with the way that his team cooped with tricky conditions at the weekend.
The Bulls won 34-4 at the Provident Stadium, with Siejka kicking two conversions and playing a role in creating several tries.
“It was great to get out in front of our supporters for the first time, I thought the atmosphere was great,” Siejka told his club’s official website.
“The conditions were tricky and, in the first half, we got caught out playing one-man rugby.
“After the break, though, we seemed to click and we went about our business in a much better manner.
“Teams are going to come out and get us and we need to be prepared for that. We were on Sunday.
“Whitehaven came wanting to claim a scalp but I felt we blew them away as the game wore on.
“We went back to our original game plan and were rewarded with a win.”
