Skolars sign French duo

London Skolars have secured the signings of two French players from Carcassonne.

Full back Jeremy Guiraud and forward Florent Rouanet have joined the club for two months and have both represented France A in the past.

Skolars currently lie 9th in Championship 1.

General Manager Phillip Browne said: “We would like to welcome Jeremy and Florent to the club. We are currently talking to 2 more French players at the moment with 1 due to arrive within the fortnight”

Interim Head Coach Jermaine Coleman said: “Both players have settled in really well and have been teaching the lads French phrases.

“The boys have already made a positive impact to the team. Jeremy provides some pace and experience with Florent giving us some go forward.”
