St George Illawarra Dragons sign hooker Andrew McCullough from Brisbane Broncos
St George Illawarra Dragons have signed hooker Andrew McCullough from Brisbane Broncos on three-year deal.
The 31-year-old made 260 appearances for the Broncos between 2008-20, as well as playing eight games on loan at Newcastle Knights last season. He has played three times for Queensland in State of Origin.
Dragons general manager of football, Ben Haran, said: “It’s no secret that we have been interested in Andrew McCullough for a while now and we’re pleased to see him finally sign with the Dragons.
“Signing a player of Andrew’s calibre will no doubt inject plenty of experience into our team and wider squad while his style of play will complement the development of the exciting young talent we have here at the Dragons.”
Andrew McCullough will join the Dragons immediately, after securing a release from the Brisbane Broncos #redv
