Josh Bowden could make his Wakefield debut this weekend

New recruit Josh Bowden could make his Wakefield debut at Super League Magic Weekend. He has signed until the end of 2023.

Eloi Pelissier and Ilias Bergal return for Toulouse. However, they are without Andrew Dixon, Hugo Pezet and Lloyd White due to injury.

Konrad Hurrell Super League

St Helens have confirmed that England winger Tommy Makinson will be out of action for up to five weeks with a hamstring injury. He is replaced by the returning Will Hopoate. Konrad Hurrell also returns having missed their trip to France due to illness.

Cade Cust returns to Wigan’s 21-man squad for Matt Peet. Morgan Smithies has also been named, replacing Thomas Leulaui and Sam Halsall.

Leeds have only managed to name a 20-man squad and will be without captain Kruise Leeming due to a foot injury. Zane Tetevano, Tom Holroyd, Bodene Thompson, Muizz Mustapha and Harry Newman are all still suspended. Leeds have the option to recall youngster Levi Edwards from York if necessary. 

Castleford enter the weekend on a three-match winning streak. Liam Watts returns after completing his one-match suspension. Paul McShane and Nathan Massey miss out through bans
