Super League Round 10 attendances: Three fixtures record more than 10k
Three Super League fixtures attracted crowds of more than 10,000 during the latest round of Super League action, with the biggest attendance at St Helens.
The biggest attendance of the weekend came at the Totally Wicked Stadium on Thursday night, with 14,866 watching champions St Helens beat Warrington 28-6 on home soil.
The second largest crowd was at the DW Stadium. 12,240 watched from the stands as Wigan eased past winless Wakefield 22-6 to go top of the Super League table.
Hull attracted a strong crowd of 10,856 as they ended their seven-match losing streak by beating Huddersfield 20-14 at the MKM Stadium.

7,110 attended the televised Friday night clash between Castleford and Hull KR at the Jungle, with the visitors sealing a 12-7 victory.
Leigh put on another entertaining show in front of 6,686 people as they defeated last year’s Grand Finalists Leeds 20-6 on Friday night. There was pre-match entertainment from Toploader as well as a firework display as the teams entered the field moments before kick-off.
There was only one match in Round 10 of Super League that failed to hit the 5,000 mark. Salford’s home game against Catalans at the AJ Bell Stadium saw 3,974 witness the Red Devils claim a 16-14 victory.
A total of 55,732 watched the action unfold in Round 10, averaging at 9,288 per match.

There will be no Super League games this weekend due to the international break. England take on France in an international double-header at the Halliwell Jones Stadium in Warrington on Saturday, with the men and women both in action.
The women’s test is the first game of the double-header at 2pm, followed by the men’s match at 4:30pm.
