Sutton confident ahead of Cas test

Wigan’s Ryan Sutton says the Warriors will travel to Castleford full of confidence on Saturday after collecting six points from their last three games.

The Warriors lost 27-10 against the Tigers at the start of April, but have bounced back with victories over St Helens, Wakefield and Catalan to move one point behind Cas and Leeds as the top of the table.

“Cas came here and did a job on us and we remember that well,” Sutton told the club’s official website.

“They’re a good side – they might have lost two over the Easter period but it’s Wigan v Cas so they’re going to be up for it.

“They know how to play but so do we. We need to go into the game being positive – six points in a week is a tough thing to do but we’ve done it, so we’ve got to take that confidence into this game and hopefully we can come away with the two points.”
