Team news: Warrington v Wigan (Fri)
Warrington forward Ben Currie will face his hometown club Wigan on Friday, with the Warriors making five changes.
Steve Price has included Currie in his 19-man squad this week after he was a late call-up in last week’s win over Castleford Tigers. The England international replaces Bryson Goodwin (ankle), who has been ruled out.
Wigan coach Adrian Lam has made five changes to his Warriors side that lost to Huddersfield Giants last time out. Joe Greenwood, Tom Davies, Ollie Partington, Jarrod Sammut and Jake Shorrocks come in for Liam Paisley, Dom Manfredi (teeth), Taulima Tautai (banned), Sam Powell (ankle) and Liam Marshall (knee).
The Warriors also have Dan Sarginson back after he missed last week’s game against the Giants.
The televised Super League clash takes place at the Halliwell Jones Stadium on Friday, 7:45pm kick-off.
