Tyson set for long ban
Oldham centre George Tyson could be set for an extended spell on the sideline after being red-carded for fighting in the Roughyeds’ loss to Rochdale.
Oldham went down 24-12 to the Hornets on Sunday.
In a fiery local derby, Tyson was sent off after full-time for fighting.
As can be seen in the video above from the 6:18 mark, Tyson launches a series of punches at a Rochdale player as the two teams shake heads.
The centre returned to Oldham this season after spending the 2016 season with Sheffield.
