The Broncos continued their fine start to the 2022 NRL season with a second win in as many matches.
Kevin Walters’ side beat Canterbury Bulldogs 16-10 on Sunday afternoon.
The Bulldogs opened the scoring through Braidon Burns before Corey Oates hit back for Brisbane.
Canterbury took the lead again shortly after the restart through Jeremy Marshall-King but two tries from Farnworth within the space of 15 minutes saw Brisbane take the spoils.

Former Hull FC and Hull KR half-back Albert Kelly produced yet another stunning performance for the Broncos.
Herbie Farnworth background
Farnworth was born in the village of Blacko in Lancashire on December 23, 1999.
The 22-year-old was on the books at Burnley FC and Manchester United as a youngster. But he chose to focus on his rugby league career.
Whilst still a pupil at Ermysted’s Grammar School and playing for community clubs Wigan St Patricks and Newton Storm, Farnworth was spotted by scouts for Brisbane Broncos. He moved to Australia after leaving school.
Farnworth impressed for Brisbane’s feeder club Norths Devils before making his NRL debut. He scored 20 tries and kicked 62 goals for the club.
He then made his NRL debut in round 16 of the 2019 NRL season. Farnworth has kept his place in the Broncos squad since then and has quickly become one of the standout centres in the competition.
Despite only being 22 years of age, he has scored 11 tries in 43 NRL appearances for Brisbane.
Farnworth has yet to make his international debut for England, but you feel it can’t be too far away with the way he keeps performing Down Under.
