Will Pryce: Social media reacts
Here’s how social media has reacted to the 10-match ban handed to Will Pryce.
Huddersfield full-back Pryce, 19, was sent from the field for a dangerous tackle on Hull’s Connor Wynne on Sunday.
He has received a 10-match ban following his independent disciplinary tribunal hearing.
The lengthy ban, which will see him out of action for almost three months, has sparked discussions across social media.
Including their sixth round Challenge Cup tie at Barrow this weekend, Pryce could return in June for their away clash at Hull KR.
Of course, that could change if Ian Watson’s side have a successful run in the cup.
Their tie at the Matt Johnson Prestige Stadium will be broadcast live on the BBC on Sunday.

Rugby League Live editor Matt Shaw tweeted: “TEN-MATCH ban for Will Pryce. An absolutely outrageously excessive suspension. It’s a really bad tackle, there is absolutely no doubting that, but worthy of a near three-month ban? Come on.”

Some in support of suspension length
However, some supporters have agreed that the length of the ban is justified to the tackle.
@RugbyLeagueITK wrote on Twitter: “Should be no complaints from Huddersfield or Will Pryce after the tribunal. Deserving of a 10 match ban.”

One wrote on Love Rugby League’s Facebook page: “Deserved a lengthy ban. Luckily the Hull player got up straight away. Could have been a lot worse.”
Another commented: “Knew what he’d done straight away. Needs to learn to take responsibility for his tackling. I expect this will be a big lesson for him. Really poor tackle, and really fortunate that it didn’t do more damage.”
