Wood set for several months out

Salford utility Josh Wood has broken his shoulder and is expected to miss the next two to three months of Super League action.

Wood suffered the injury against Catalans in a tackle on Dave Taylor.

Scans have confirmed that the hooker needs surgery to repair th damage.

The 20-year old will be out for several months as he recovers from the operation.
